Tony Cavalco

President/CEO

 

Tony has an extensive background in managing complex manufacturing businesses.  With over 30 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Operations, New Business Development, and Mergers and Acquisitions, Tony was hired to grow TruVenture Composites, LLC by working with the Management Teams of acquired companies and leading the effort to acquire new companies.

Prior to joining TruVenture Composites, Tony was CEO of NET USA and held various positions at Dynatect (formerly A&A Manufacturing.  At Dynatect, Tony started out in Sales Management where he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing and then moved into M&A and the leader of New Product Development as Vice President of Business Development.  After 4 acquisitions in 2 years, Tony managed two of the businesses and was promoted to President.

 

Earlier in his career, Tony worked for Honeywell, Texas Instruments, Siemens and Viking Electric in various technical sales and management roles.  Tony received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.

John Ogorek

CEO Nicolet Plastics

John is a hands-on, results oriented financial leader with over 25 years’ experience split between industry and public accounting.   John was promoted to CEO after the acquisition of Nicolet Plastics by TruVenture Composites.  While continuing his role as CEO of Nicolet Plastics, John will support the acquisition effort of TruVenture by providing Finance and Accounting support. 

 

Before being promoted to CEO at Nicolet Plastics, John was the CFO of Nicolet Plastics for 3 years.  Prior to joining Nicolet Plastics in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer, John served as CFO of two other dynamic organizations over the course of 15 Years. 

 

Prior to his CFO roles, John spent 10 years working for Lurie Besikof Lapidus and Company, LLC as an Auditor and as a Business Valuation expert.

 

John received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Business.
